God is so good!
Paul and I took a trip to the Avenue of the Giants during our
California trip in June. We spent the night in the Redwoods. It
didn't take long to set up our campsite! What a beautiful time we had!
Sorry it's sideways! On our way up to the Redwoods we stopped
by the ocean and had lunch. We sat on a rock and cooked our
pizza in a pot on a pilot stove! Yum!
After we spent the night, we took a stroll through the
Redwoods and were able to have our
devotions in the park. What a calm and peaceful time as we
viewed the beautiful scenery God made!
At our campsite we cooked our sandwiched over the fire!
One problem! We left the cheese and bread at the house so
it was just bread and butter! Oh well! It was still adventurous!
Doug and Bethany were married in San Fransisco!
It was a beautiful Christ-honoring wedding!
Cutting the Cheesecake!
We made it! A little late to the rehearsal
but on time for the wedding!
Doug's family - the Sondergaards!
Three of the four bridesmaides - two of us are expecting!
Bethany is smiling and ready to go!
Paul and Dad Sondergaard have donned on their finest caps for our ocean adventures!
Paul's prepared for the cool ocean breeze!
It turned out to be a beautiful day - warm and blue skies!
The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea,
than the mighty waves of the sea. Psalms 93:4
A simple walk through the waves, got Naomi's skirt wet!
The waves were bigger than she thought!
God is a Wonderful Creator!
