Daddy & Me Reading Time!

When Paul comes home from work, he enjoys
spending time with Ruthanne! She enjoys all the
attention also!

She loves books with bright, colorful pictures!

She is crossing her ankles! When sitting on the floor,
Ruthanne will cross her ankles while reading or playing!

Ruthanne turns the pages all by herself. The other day,
I caught her turning the pages of her photo album that
was not supposed to be on the floor! She did quite well, with
keeping them intact! Pictures are her favorite!

Fine Dining!

While Lydia was in NC, the Russ family from our church had us
over for the Sunday afternoon. We had a lot of fun, food, and
fellowship. Of course, Ruthanne provided some laughs!

This picture is out of order, but she ate it all! She was served
her sweet potatoes on a silver platter with a cute silver
rabbit spoon! Keep looking!

While waiting for dessert, Dr. Russ watched Ruthanne play
with puzzles on the floor!

Would you like to do the puzzle with me while I wait for my dinner?

What do I do with these, Auntie Lydia?

I'll show you!

Talking to the pieces helps! She is telling them where to go!

Can't I eat them and put them in my mouth, like
everything else?

Dinner is served on a silver plate! Fancy! What is
more amazing - she ate the whole sweet potato
that Mommy brought!

I'm a Mess!!!!!!

Ruthanne had avocadoes (not her favorite) and prunes for dinner
last night! What a mess! She pushed back the spoon several times and
then ended up touching her face and hair. She had a bath after dinner!

2nd Carousel Ride -with Auntie Lydia this time!

Our city park had a cute carousel for only 50 cents
a rider! This is Ruthanne's second time on it. She
hasn't tried the train yet!

Relaxed
and
having fun!

Cracker Barrel Funnies

Last Saturday we went to Cracker Barrel with Auntie Lydia.
Lydia had bought her a new bib that said "I'm a Hoot!" She proved
that by her silliness at the restaurant. Here are quite a few pictures showing
the fun we had while we were out to eat. We had quite the entertainment!

Monkeying around!

Is everybody watching me?

All gone????

Can you see my new top two teeth?

I declare! I am having fun!

"No more monkeys jumping on my head!"

Do you want some too, Auntie Lydia?

Open wide! I like my lemon water!

Hope you enjoyed the show! We sure did!
